Hanna takes a warm, collaborative, and individualised approach to therapy. Her aim is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work towards their goals at a pace that feels right for them.

James is one of our senior therapists. He has a background in addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. He also offers couples therapy, supporting partners with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy and significant changes within their relationship. Alongside counselling, James provides practical recovery coaching for people who may still be using substances, have recently stopped, or feel overwhelmed by the wider challenges surrounding recovery. This can include harm reduction, establishing routines, completing forms, accessing services and managing practical difficulties. James holds additional qualifications in group therapy and meditation-based approaches and is undertaking pre-clinical training in psychoanalysis. He works with individuals and couples aged 16 and over.

Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she works with adults experiencing low mood, anxiety, life stressors, bereavement and long-term health conditions, with a particular interest in identity, neurodivergence and burnout. Before training as a therapist, she worked as a Neurodivergence specialist and coach. Devon's therapeutic style is warm, curious and collaborative, helping clients build a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings rather than trying to eliminate them, and move towards what matters to them.

Ed has a particular interest in anxiety and depression, men's mental health, and neurodivergence. His approach is collaborative, gentle and accepting, creating a space where clients feel heard and understood, at their own pace. He works in person at the Bristol hub and online.

Shaun has a lot of experience in the corporate world and has a particular interest in stress and work related burnout, men's mental health, and LGBTQ+ experiences, and works well with people who feel without purpose or direction. His approach is calm, steady and judgement-free, tailored to what each client needs.
